We then get a focus on key challenges that upend how they serve, the causes of those challenges, and potential solutions. Once we have a number of ideas, we narrow them down to the most impactful and least costly to develop a comprehensive plan of attack that includes a follow-up component to ensure implementation. These workshops can be 1-, 2-, or 3-day events depending on the challenges presented and number of attendees.
