I was talking to someone recently who said that if work is fun it’s not work. I’ve heard stuff like this before and to it I say B**S***! Sorry to yell but I wanted that to be as clear and in your face as possible.

Why must work be misery to be productive? Can someone please tell me?

In every place I’ve ever worked, when I and anyone else in the place was happy, we did more and did it better.

So, if you’re one of those folks who think that work needs to be hard, gritty, rough and tumble in order to be real work, please speak up if I’m ever in need of a job and you’re the interviewer because I and the vast majority, I suspect, do not want to work for you.

Please listen up…WORK DOES NOT HAVE TO SUCK FOR THINGS TO GET DONE!!! Period.
