What does a service excellence culture look like?

It’s an organization that prioritizes helping people, inspires leaders to be of service to their teams, and encourages team members to cooperate and collaborate in consistently delivering solutions that create successful results for customers.

It’s a chain reaction. It is a place where “how we do things around here” is basically helping anyone and everyone—including investors, suppliers, and the community—to ultimately help end users/owners.

Is this your culture? Is everyone cooperating and collaborating to find solutions? Are your leaders of service to the team? Does everyone in the organization understand that the company primarily exists to be of service to people?

If you want to be a company known for service excellence, this is the formula: service as priority + leaders who serve + a team rowing together = customer happiness.
